Exchange or Return Policy
Because these are personal items and accessories, all sales are final. We do not accept exchanges based on size, style, color, or personal preference. We recommend carefully reviewing the product description, size guide, and photos before purchasing.
✅ Exceptions: mistakes on our part
We will only make changes or refunds in the following cases:
• Product damaged or defective upon receipt.
• Wrong item shipped (wrong model/size/color).
To apply this exception, the customer must:
• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order via email at company.overrated@gmail.com
• Send clear photographic evidence of the product received and the original packaging.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
Once the error has been validated, the following will be offered:
• Replacement of the correct product, at no additional cost.
• Or, a full refund if a replacement is not available.

Shipping costs in the event of an error are our responsibility. We do not accept returns without prior validation by our team.
