Shipping Policy

National Delivery Times (Mexico):
• All of our products shipped nationwide may take up to 15 calendar days to reach their destination, counting from the date of order confirmation.
• If the product is not available in domestic inventory, it will be shipped from our overseas distribution center. In these cases, the order may take up to 3 weeks to ship.

Important notes:
• Transit time begins once the order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase.
• You will receive an email with the tracking number once the order has been shipped.
• If your order includes products with different availability, they will be shipped together when all are ready, unless otherwise indicated.
